At Glow Theory by Amethyst Alyssa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies prior to booking. DEPOSITS & CANCELATIONS: All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients who fail to provide proper notice prevent availability for other clients seeking appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and scheduling policies. NO CALL / NO SHOWS: Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment without notice (“No Call / No Show”) will be charged for the full service amount. If the appointment was booked using a package or treatment bundle, one session/treatment will automatically be deducted from the package. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Depending on the service and schedule availability, the appointment may need to be canceled entirely. Canceled appointments due to excessive lateness will be treated as a No Call / No Show and will result in full-service charges or deduction of one session from an existing package.
